Following the variation of rooting throughout the vegetative cycle of mother plants of Picea abies pungens kosteriana glauca and Cupressus sempervirens, the most convenient development stage for cuttings collection in order to obtain the best rooting was determined. The results are discussed in relation to the repeatibility in different years. Since the correlation between the most appropriate phase of mother plant vegetative cycle and rooting is very reproducible the possibliity of planning multiplication by cuttings is discussed.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]ITALIANO: Seguendo contemporaneamente l'andamento del potenziale rizogeno naturale e l'evoluzione del ciclo di sviluppo nelle piante madri, e stato individuato il preciso stadio morfofisiologico in cui il prelievo delle talee fornisce la massima percentuale di piantine radicate per due specie vivaistiche ornamentali, il Picea abies pungens kosteriana glauca ed il Cupressus sempervirens. I risultati sono discussi in relazione all'efficacia del metodo impiegato nel soddisfare le esigenze di ripetibilita dei risultati ottenibili e di piena utilizzazione degli impianti in aziende specializzate.
