The lose structure raft assembly TSC-178 is new structure type invented by Dr. Phan Duc Tac. After having experimented on wave tank in Water Resource Insitute, the structure have been applied to protect sea dike slope in many places through out the country. The experimented results in physical model showed that time of continuos wave force (NS) to destroy the structure is corresponding with the structure thickness (D) and the wave height (H) at the dike foot. Because the structure TSC-178 is raft structure, due to the loose articulation (3 dimension) of independent parts, and due to the shape of the structures bottom surface then it can decrease the escaping material through the bottom surface and it can reduce the uplift force in comparison with other kind of structure.
