Efficiency of the pheromone linoprax in attraction and control of Xyloterus lineatus Oliv. in different traps

The investigated pheromone "Linoprax" showed satisfactory properties of attracting Xyloterus lineatus. In terms of catching attracted Xyloterus lineatus better results were obtained by traps performed of white plastics. Those kinds of traps also had other advantages apart from better efficiency in catching the insects. Among Xyloterus lineatus caught no specimens of useful or indifferent species were found.
